This will help preserve and grow Cindy's passion.
Cindy was born May 25, 1953. She was a graduate of Paschal High School and Texas Wesleyan University. Her devotion to wildlife led her to become a sought after source for her knowledge of tropical birds. Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Ben Noey.
