HEMPHILL - Terry Blayne Drake, 42, a former electroencephalogram technician at Arlington Memorial Hospital and Harris Methodist hospital, died Wednesday at a Lufkin hospital from complicatons of diabetes.
Memorial service: 2 p.m. Saturday at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Fort Worth. Rev. Scott Maze will officiate.
Memorials: Diabetes Foundation.
Terry Drake was born Oct. 12, 1953, in Fort Worth.
Mr. Drake willed his body to science.
He graduated from R.L. Paschal High School and attended Tarrant County Junior College. He was a longtime Fort Worth resident.
Survivors: Two daughters, Heather Jeanette Drake of Ferris, Leslie Nicole Drake of Fort Worth; two brothers, Alan Dale Drake of McKinney and John Christopher Drake of Fort Worth; mother, Mary Ellen Williams and her husband, Lee Williams, of Hemphill; and stepfather, Ben L. Dumas and his wife, Judy Dumas, of Fort Worth.
